Sanskrit Proverb - Salvador Dali in a lawn chair.
I'm invisible without 3D glasses.
Sanskrit Proverb
Look to this day,
For it is life,
The very life of life.
In its brief course lie all
The realities and verities of existence,
The bliss of growth,
The splendor of action,
The glory of power —

For yesterday is but a dream,
And tomorrow is only a vision,
But today, well lived,
Makes every yesterday a dream of happiness
And every tomorrow a vision of hope.

Look well, therefore, to this day.

Sanskrit Proverb

My art teacher in junior high (and later part of high school) passed out this proverb among his students. I liked it and hung onto the paper.

Now I'm ditching the paper and keeping the ideas.

Very interesting thoughts.

Off topic - let me know when a good time to come by tomorrow will be. I have a few smaller boxes to give you, either for yourself or Jennifer, plus I need to get my box of stuff from you. I'm also needing to go by the clay canvas and pick up my plates from the last workshop, if you still have stuff there I'd be happy to pick yours up as well.

Doesn't matter what time. Just call me first. Paul is taking off work tomorrow to go paint his room in the new house. He'll probably be leaving at about 10 or 11 AM or so. Anytime after that should be fine. Just call and I'll give you the heads up.

I think the only thing to pick up for me at the Clay Canvas would be the cobblestone workshop plates. I really appreciate it. I'd forgotten all about them.

No worries, I'll get yours when I get mine.

Tomorrow we're getting our gas turned on, so someone has to be here for the guy to come do that stuff, plus there has to be someone home for a package to be delivered (damn signature required stuff). Once Christopher gets home from paying the deposit I should be good to go out and run errands...I figure it'll be after lunch, maybe as late as 2pm. We still have a lot of cleaning/unpacking to do before Mark shows up tomorrow. I'll call you before I come, though, just to make sure you'll be home.

WHen I start teaching again, that's something I'd like to use to start or end my classes.
